Support
Time and Material:
This contract is a pay as you go. Each call will be billed in 15 minute increments with a one hour minimum of $150. This contract is only available during regular east coast business hours of 8:30AM to 5:00 PM.
Software only:
Software only covers any issue you have with the programs loaded and covered by the contract. It does not cover training over the phone or problems due to system crashes or acts of nature. Coverage is from 9AM to 9PM seven days a week.
Depot:
Depot contract will cover everything under the software only contract and hardware listed by serial number on the contract. You contact us for a return authorization number and send the item to use we will repair it and ship it back. Coverage is 24/7/365 for software and during normal business hours for hardware.

All new Cabaret products come with a 90-day warranty from the Live date. This warranty covers
software support and upgrades. Additional training can be purchased as
needed please call our Charlotte or Florida office for current rates.
