Our Program
Squirrel Program includes training in server use at POS, Manager training for front of the house and back of the house. Training on spotting shrinkage such as employee theft. Use of Squirrel with Cabaret Development software.

We offer retraining for those that might not be up on all the new bells and whisles available with the newer versions of Squirrel or Maitre'D.
